F1 VIP hospitality planning

Design the experience before guests arrive.

For a two-level Formula 1 VIP hospitality environment, the work translated a live-event concept into clear spatial plans. Guest movement, food and beverage service, viewing areas, brand moments, storage, and operational needs were considered as one connected experience.

The result is a practical bridge between creative intent and execution: a plan that helps teams understand how the space should work—not only how it should look.

The opportunity

Make the promise and the experience feel inseparable.

Premium hospitality is not defined by a single touchpoint. It is built through the identity, member promise, physical environment, service model, and details guests encounter along the way.

The work needed to communicate exclusivity without becoming cold—turning atmosphere, privileges, service, entertainment, and operational planning into one clear, elevated story.
